| I walked outside this morning and that smile crossed my face; you know that smile that tells you when your riding season has really started.
Perfect timing for us and BMW’s new models! Several all new models and some others with a major face lift.
Everyone knows about the new F800 models due out early next year, but did you know about the all new G models that should be available to view at the IMS show coming up in Phoenix November 3rd-5th.
We have coupons at the front counter for anyone who wants to attend.
There will be three models in the
new G model series.
The G650 Xchallenge is a “modern, lightweight hard enduro, with its high grade components, suitable for sporting off-road activities.”
The G650 Xcountry is the “only modern scrambler in the premium range that embodies the renaissance of the dual sport concept. It offers relaxed off-road capability, combined with a wide range of everyday purposes.”
The G650Xmoto is the “first premium offer in the so-called “streetmoto”
segment, optimized for sporting fun on the open road and on the curves.”
The new K1200R Sport is a half faired version of the K1200R, offering more weather protection than her naked sister. Last but not least the
new R1200GS HP2 Megamoto. This should be a kick with Ohlins rear, dual disk and even more power than my HP2.
We have a great inventory of 2007 models, but most are going fast. Speaking about going fast,
we only have 11 days until our open house/swap meet. The usual fun food and door prizes as well as the BMW “get Serious Sweepstakes.” Remember to sign up when you drop in, the
contest forms are at the front counter as well as the International Motorcycle Show
discount coupons.
In March we are also offering a fantastic trip lead by Steve Phillips from Southwest Adventure Tours
LLC (former Baja racer) to Baja for a 9 day adventure. Steve leads Edelweiss’ trips south of the border, so he know what he is doing, and is a great guy in general. Please see the info in the newsletter for more info, but there are very limited spaces available, so please call me to get signed up.
Any questions, regarding anything I mentioned or more, please call me.
John

The sales floor finally looks healthy again.
We have a great supply of the new 2007 R1200GS available
and we just received our first three R1200Rs.
There are only four 2006 models left in inventory; 3
R1200RTs and 1 R1200GS. We would really like to move these units to make room for more 2007 models, so
let’s make a deal!
We also have a great selection of used bikes as well.
Please check our website for the listing of our newest pre-owned bikes.
As mentioned in other parts of the newsletter, stop and fill
out your chance to win the new BMW of your choice!
John mentioned all the new bikes coming, so if one is
speaking to you, let us know and we will put your name on it.
Ride safely!
