Iron Horse Motorcycles was rated number one in the nation for 2006 in customer satisfaction.
We have all of our customers to thank. Your comments as well as your satisfaction scores really give us a strong feeling of accomplishment.
Three awards were given for customer satisfaction for 2006 based on new bike sales volume.
The scores were based on new bike sales experience and motorcycle service experience.
Hansen’s Exclusive BMW MC, and Bob’s BMW were the other recipients and I want to congratulate them.
We did, however, lead the entire nation with the highest overall score (99.5 out of 100).
Sorry to toot our horn, but I am very proud of the hard work our team put into 2006. Here Arturo Pineiro, VP, BMW Motorrad presents the award to John and Jen.
We had a meeting this morning and now our focus is back on 2007. BMW Motorrad North America is stepping up once again with a
new model offensive. Our first K1200R Sport is in the building and we are very excited for the new G650S and the F800S.
We expect those bikes to arrive sometime in March. Our Open house is scheduled for March 31st, so mark your calendars.
BMW has also launched a fantastic new website called XPLOR. It is there for all of us to share our experiences, favorite rides, group rides, events etc.
You can use your vehicle identification number to log onto the site.
Then you can make a personal profile that allows for pictures and almost anything else that relates to our motorcycle addictions.
I really encourage you to "xplor" this website. Our website will be updated shortly with lots of events for 2007.
Our local riding club S.E.A.T (www.seatrider.org) has a new link to local off-road riding events and activities, so check it out.

We've sold most of our used bikes and only a few remain. I need some trade-ins, so if you've been thinking about trading up stop by and see me soon.
I've got 3 of the UBERSPORT Tour GT's and one Adventure that don't have anyone's name on them yet. There's also plenty of GS's and RT's in stock and ready for delivery.
